Your role and responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager in Digital Product Engineering, you'll leverage your extensive product management and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organization. Join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital products that drive business success. Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex product strategies and roadmaps * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement * Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Stay current with emerging product management trends, tools, and best practices * Contribute to the development of product strategies and roadmaps Required technical and professional expertise * Extensive experience in product management, including defining and articulating product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap * Masterful proficiency in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers, and specialists from various areas * Proven track record of building consensus, managing expectations, and facilitating effective decision-making and prioritization * Expertise in defining Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and managing product backlogs * Experience in leading and working within multidisciplinary teams, considering both business and technical considerations/constraints * Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Strong foundation in Agile and DevOps practices * Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns * Proficiency in data modeling and data management * Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) As an equal opportunities' employer, we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
