For our Global Finance department, we are looking for a Manager, CSL Behring Planning and Reporting, Emerging Affiliates & Partner Business
This is a key role in enabling financial processes and delivering accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The role ensures alignment of global business operations across the CSL Behring Commercial organization and its affiliate countries.
This role supports the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for countries within the LATAM clusters and global partner business, ensuring alignment across the commercial organisation. This position will provide the commercial team with the financial insights needed to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. The incumbent will work closely with the Commercial Finance Business Partners across CSL Behring Finance to ensure effective financial processes, data-driven insights, and performance excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset and a commitment to process excellence. The Commercial Planning and Reporting Manager will collaborate with the Commercial Operations FBPs, the Commercial Planning and Reporting Associate Director, and leaders from cross-functional commercial teams to enhance financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency in CSL Behring’s LATAM and Partner businesses.
This role reports into Associate Director, CSL Behring Financial Planning & Reporting, ComOps and has line management responsibilities
The Opportunity
1. Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including calendars, coordination, and communications across CSL Behring’s LATAM & Partner Business Commercial Operations, including clusters and affiliate countries
2. Assist in developing and implementing standardized financial planning tools, templates, and methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions
3. Collaborate with leadership teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives and business goals
4. Assist in the preparation and presentation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to senior commercial and finance management
5. Support the monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting cycles for CSL Behring Commercial Operations across affiliates within Latam clusters and across global partner business, delivering standardized reporting capabilities, including dashboards, across the function
6. Assist in the consolidation and analysis of financial reports across cluster and country entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
7. Develop key financial metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights into operational performance
8. Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and work with functional leaders to understand and address variances
9. Provide scenario planning, data-driven insights, and best-in-class visualization to enable informed decision-making among key stakeholders
10. Drive process excellence in financial planning and reporting activities
11. Align across affiliates within CSLB Latam and partner business Commercial Operations Finance and refine processes that ensure data integrity, transparency, and consistency in financial reporting
12. Collaborate and actively participate in financial systems and process improvements (e.g., automation, digitization) to support evolving business needs
13. Partner with FBPs to develop management presentations for CSLB Latam and partner business ComOps Affiliate LT members and management teams
14. Serve as a key financial partner to the Commercial FBPs, function leaders, as well as affiliate country leadership teams, providing financial insights to drive decision-making
15. Engage in discussions with cluster/affiliate leaders and FBPs teams in preparing and presenting financial analysis that drives strategic business decisions
Your Skills and Experience
16. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related discipline
17. CPA/CA or MBA a plus
18. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or related fields, with a focus on managing regional operations, including experience in the biopharmaceutical or manufacturing sector
19. Demonstrated experience in driving process excellence and implementing financial planning and reporting frameworks at a regional/cluster level
20. Leading a team in budget and forecast cycles
21. Leading the month end close and reporting process
22. Experience with dashboarding and visualization software (e.g. PowerBi)
23. Managing a small to medium-size team advantageous
24. Strong organisation and process management skills
25. Excellent interpersonal skills and is a natural collaborator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
26. Strong project management skills
27. Strong numerical and analytical skills together with an ability to understand and succinctly explain large and complex concepts
28. Multi-language skill is preferred to support LATAM and Partner business across globe
29. Microsoft Office skills including a strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint
