Job Description
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.Provide expert advice to customers on over-the-counter medications and health concerns.Ensure stock levels are maintained and that all pharmaceutical supplies are stored correctly.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and safety.Manage and supervise pharmacy support staff to maintain smooth operational workflow.Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty within the community.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to the pharmacy.Contribute to the overall success of the retail healthcare department through effective teamwork.The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist should have:
A recognised qualification in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and healthcare regulations.Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.A commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.What's on Offer
