The Governance & Corporate Assurance Officerwill support the HR Project and Data Governance Manager in the effective delivery of the Associations data governance, corporate assurance and compliance framework by maintaining robust quality management systems, coordinating assurance activity and ensuring statutory and regulatory monitoring and reporting obligations are met. The postholder will play a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, support organisational performance monitoring, manage data governance processes including Subject Access Requests (SARs), ensuring the Association meets its Equality obligations, alongside the provision of proactive support for projects and improvement initiatives. Demonstrable experience to include the following. Supporting quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001). Performance monitoring and reporting. Dealing with Subject Access Requests or data protection processes. Data collection, analysis and reporting. Supporting compliance with statutory or regulatory returns. Working with corporate policies and procedures. 3. Experience of identifying and delivering service delivery improvements. 4. Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office packages, including the ability to produce management reports. 5.
