The Mobile Operations Support Manager is a key operational leadership role responsible for supporting performance, consistency and standards across the First Fence depot network. This role acts as a trusted operational leader across multiple sites, stepping in to lead depots during periods of leave or increased demand, while also supporting wider operational improvements across the business. You will take full responsibility for depot performance when on-site – leading teams, maintaining standards and ensuring service levels remain high – while also working closely with the Operations team to drive consistency, improve processes and embed best practice across all locations. This is not a passive cover role. You will be expected to lead from the front, challenge where needed and leave each depot in a stronger position than you found it. This role is ideal for an experienced Depot Manager or Operations Manager looking to apply their skills across multiple sites and make a wider operational impact.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Depot Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role
* Strong experience managing multi-functional teams (drivers, yard, warehouse, admin)
* Solid understanding of depot operations, stock control and service delivery
* Confident leading teams in different environments and building credibility quickly
* Strong working knowledge of health & safety and operational compliance
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Comfortable with regular UK travel and overnight stays
