Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves making 30–50 outbound calls per day to generate leads, book appointments, and schedule CPD sessions, lunch & learns, and other client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
* Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target companies.
* Book appointments for the sales team, including CPD sessions and lunch & learns.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales personnel.
* Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments.

Requirements

* Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong research skills and ability to identify key contacts within organizations.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Desirable Skills

* Experience in B2B sales or technical industries.
* Knowledge of CPD programs and professional development initiatives.
* Ability to adapt messaging to different industries and client needs.
