As our new Application Support Analyst for E-commerce, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll support our E-commerce applications in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment. You’ll ensure incidents are dealt with swiftly and professionally, respond to support tickets to resolve technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Look after the day‑to‑day operation of our E-Commerce websites – Jet2.com and Jet2holidays along with all our backend systems.
* Be responsible for handling, prioritising and processing incidents and requests to ensure the continued operation of the E-Commerce platform.
* Manage requests through to completion, resolving or escalating in a timely manner to ensure that Service Levels are adhered to.
What You’ll Have
* Demonstrable experience in application support, software troubleshooting or technical customer support
* Comfortable diagnosing issues across web, server and database tiers (SQL knowledge is preferred)
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users.
* Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented with a drive to problem‑solve incidents efficiently and accurately.
* Familiarity with ITIL, incident management or ticketing systems.
* Confidence to manage multiple incoming requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
