Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Operative to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality assurance procedures across various stages of production. Duties
* Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans to ensure food safety standards are met.
* Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
* Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions accurately.
* Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies.
* Monitor ongoing compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Skills
* Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or food production environment.
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate clearly with team members at all levels.
* Proficiency in using quality management software and MS Office applications.

Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 07:00-17:15
