Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm on rotation (may be required to work occasional weekends)

We are now looking for a Transport Administrator to provide administrative support within our transport operations, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between drivers, planners, and customers.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
* Process driver paperwork and update systems promptly
* Support compliance with legal and company transport standards
* Liaise with drivers, planners, and other departments to resolve queries
* Assist with scheduling and route planning where required
* Generate reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions

* Previous experience in transport or logistics administration (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
