We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join our Supplier Funded Content Ecommerce team. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract.
Key Accountabilities:
External Account Management
1. Communicate promo periods to suppliers; chase assets, and liaise with suppliers and external design teams as required. Onboarding new suppliers, Trading Managers and Assistants, and Merchandising team members
2. Be aware of any related media in the supplier’s media plan, eg. shop-in-shops
Internal Account Management
3. Communicate daily status to the Supplier Content Design Team Lead, and relevant business partners where required
4. Identify and manage stream issues where required, escalating to Lead when necessary
5. Liaise with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct, and checked on time
6. Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time
Workload Management
7. Set up and manage processes for each promo period
8. Anticipate workload / resource requirements and plan accordingly. Produce reports to track efficiency. Ensure that resources are being used effectively, that production stays on track, and that media is delivered correctly and on time
9. Continuously improve the process
Quality Control
10. Ensure that all suppliers have up-to-date application guides. Ensure that all suppliers have up-to-date templates. Ensure that all banners are correct. Feedback corrections to suppliers and/or correct banners as applicable
Design
11. Create internal banners, understand brand guidelines and optimise media within set guidelines
People Management
12. Manages a small team of Merchandising Executives, typically 1-2 individuals
13. Train and develop execs to ensure there are no single points of failure, and each sub stream has cover at all times
Stream Management
14. Manage the delivery of the day to day output of their dedicated stream
15. Ensure processes are efficient and consistent across all functions of the stream
16. Using Insights data, report on effectiveness of all streams post promo
17. Be an agent for change in your stream, developing, self-evaluating, enhancing process, whilst also acting as the promoter of your stream. Act as an example to the Executive level, encouraging and supporting them with this development
Strategy
18. Thinks within the wider business, and how the areas you manage can support and feed into business needs and functional strategy
Collaboration
19. Actively look for opportunities to collaborate across all Customer workstreams

20. Share up-to-date application guides and templates with all suppliers
21. Update guidelines and supporting content for internal and external parties where required
22. Check artwork against Ocado Retail application guides
23. Correct or feedback to suppliers as required
24. Upload all banners into Scribe
25. Code HTML banners where required
26. Liaise with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct, and checked on time
27. Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time
28. Proactively communicate workload status to business partners
29. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
30. Set up the SFC sheet
31. Create NST's
32. Brief suppliers
33. Download media
34. Process late media
35. Optimise banners
36. Check banners
37. Check missing media / promotions
38. Map categories
39. Add content (search / category)
40. Onboard suppliers
41. Supervise & support the delivery of the Competition process
42. QC & compliance: review and resolve
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
43. Excellent Project Management or Account Management experience
