The Role
As Regional Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of branches across London, driving sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence. You'll lead from the front, inspiring your teams, building strategic customer relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop branch managers and their teams across multiple locations
* Drive regional sales performance to exceed targets and KPIs
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and profitability
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade customers and suppliers
* Ensure excellence in branch operations, customer service, and compliance
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and team development
About You
* Proven track record in a Regional or Area Management role within the building trade supplies, construction materials, or builder's merchants industry
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering significant sales growth
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region as needed
