We are currently seeking a number of Commissioning Engineers to join a market leading technology integrator.
You will be responsible for commissioning installed systems, ensuring full video and audio control functionality, system performance, and ongoing reliability. This role offers the chance to work on varied projects while contributing to the continuous improvement of commissioning and service delivery.
We welcome applications from candidates with any level of AV Commissioning experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external contractors
* Commission AV systems across electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client requirements
* Set up system elements to prove concepts and validate designs
* Interface AV systems with client building infrastructure (hardware and software)
* Carry out on-site commissioning and configuration programming
* Attend client sites to manage service call-outs and perform maintenance when required
* Represent the business professionally on client sites
* Develop specialist expertise in one or more technical areas to support wider project delivery
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and electronics
* Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work effectively
* Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills with a lateral-thinking approach
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and building contractors
