leading global operations manufacturer
in west London to find a talented and driven
Sales Operations Specialist.
Role:
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and commercial sales support to client accounts in the EMEA region (defined as Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Brazil) to meet business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. This responsibility includes frequent and direct customer contact, cross-functional coordination within the company, and timely communications to deliver world class customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a strong commercial relationship with customers (both internal & external)
* Coordinating flow of all necessary information between sales representatives, agents, credit management, SIOP team, production planning, shipping and customers
* Managing communication with credit department to determine customer credit worthiness
* Completing internal control documents (credit requests, trial and sample requests, sales agreements, etc.)
* Coordinating with Sales and Mill Representatives to provide accurate and prompt detail of customer specification requirements
* Assisting sales offices with order entry procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
* Minimum of 10 years experience (multi-national preferred)
* Proficiency in SAP (SAP Hana & SAP R3 preferred)
* Knowledge of sales and marketing practices
* Fluency in English and one other European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
