Family Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate
Liverpool | Hybrid Working | Excellent Salary & Benefits – minimum 3 PQE
A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is continuing to invest in its Liverpool family law practice and is now seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join the team at Associate or Senior Associate level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing department advising a sophisticated client base on complex, high-value and often sensitive matters.
Varied caseload including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth
You will manage a broad and engaging caseload, with a particular emphasis on high-net-worth divorce and financial remedy work. The wider practice also advises on:
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Civil partnerships and relationship breakdowns
* Privately funded children matters
* High-profile and sensitive matrimonial cases
In addition to fee-earning, you will play an active role in the continued success and development of the team by:
* Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors
* Supporting business development and profile-raising initiatives
* Upholding the firm’s reputation for technical excellence and outstanding client care
Relevant experience
Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE gained within a recognised family law practice. Experience of high-net-worth financial remedy work is highly desirable.
You will be able to demonstrate:
