A global consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Change & Adoption Lead to lead the organisational adoption strategy for Microsoft Copilot. This role will drive end-to-end change planning, user readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking to ensure a successful enterprise-wide rollout.

Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in change management and organisational adoption within digital transformation programmes, ideally in GenAI.
2. Strong ability to develop and lead change strategies, including adoption plans, pilots, phased rollouts, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Skilled in creating clear, compelling communication materials to drive awareness, readiness, and behavioural change.
4. Experience designing and delivering training programmes, enablement sessions, and tailored learning paths for diverse user groups.
5. Knowledge of digital workplace tools and experience supporting SaaS or AI-driven technology rollouts.
