With project values ranging from £500 to £3 million—and a sweet spot between £100k and £800k—this £15M turnover business is growing fast and looking for a skilled Electrical Estimator to help drive success across multiple tenders. Key Responsibilities Review tender documentation and technical drawings Develop base electrical designs to support accurate quoting Participate in tender negotiations and client meetings Conduct site surveys to gather project-specific data Organise and maintain quote folders and documentation Produce detailed estimates and cost plans across multiple projects Deliver comprehensive handovers to project teams Identify risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes The Ideal Candidate Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems Proven experience in Design & Build electrical estimating Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive What’s on Offer Competitive salary up to £75K Optional overtime during busy periods Hybrid working flexibility 20 days annual leave bank holidays Supportive team culture and career development opportunities
