Our client is looking for a confident, caring Team Leader to inspire and support their care team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care within a residential elderly care and nursing setting. You'll be at the heart of the home - guiding colleagues, safeguarding residents, and ensuring the highest clinical and regulatory standards are met. What You'll Do as the Team Leader: Lead and supervise a team of 7 care staff to deliver safe, dignified, high-quality care Oversee care plans, risk assessments, medication and clinical practice Liaise with GPs and healthcare professionals Promote independence, wellbeing and a warm, homely environment Support staff development through training, supervision and mentoring Ensure accurate record-keeping and full compliance with regulations What We're Looking For in a Team Leader: Experience leading or supervising care teams Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment and record-keeping Excellent communication and calm decision-making skills Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (NOT ESSENTIAL) A reliable, accountable professional who leads by example If you're passionate about high standards, resident safety and developing others, contact us today.
