Position Details
Job Title: Edgebander Operator
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Normanton, WF6

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Proficiently operate, clean and maintain the Biesse Edgebander.
* Competence with hand tools, power tools, and joinery machinery
* Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
* Strong communication skills
* Safety-aware and mindful of risks in a workshop environment
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of timber types and materials
* Forklift license or manual handling certification
