Are you an experienced electrician with a background in emergency lighting and social housing? We're working with a well-established contractor seeking a qualified professional to join their growing electrical division.

As an Electrician (EML’s) your package could look like:
£40,000 basic

As an Electrician (EML’s) your main responsibilities will be:
Install and maintain emergency lighting systems
Fit lighting circuits, spurs, key switches, and smoke detection units
Conduct electrical fault finding, testing, and inspection
Complete job sheets and certification using electronic devices
Collaborate with scheduling and support teams
Follow safe working practices and ensure works meet quality and compliance standards
Engage respectfully with tenants and clients onsite
As an Electrician (EML’s your knowledge and experience will be:
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent
BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition – earlier editions also considered)
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Strong fault-finding and testing skills
Experience in domestic or social housing environments
Confident using PDAs or job management systems
A professional, team-oriented approach with good communication skills
