As a TA, you will make a real difference in the classroom by providing tailored support to students and helping maintain a positive learning environment. As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development. Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive learning environment. Working with individuals and small groups to deliver targeted interventions. Supporting children with additional needs, ensuring inclusive classroom practices. Helping with classroom management and lesson preparation. Requirements for Teaching Assistant: Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or working with children is desirable. A proactive, patient, and nurturing attitude. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff. A good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
