A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients expanding, highly successful and innovative Estate Agency in Barnoldswick. The Branch Manager role is situated on the Lancashire / Yorkshire borders, set in a picturesque location and will be suitable for a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager looking for their next step up or an existing Valuer or Branch Manager.
Working hours:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays (1 lieu day per month)
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
3. A basic salary up to £35,000
4. Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £45,000
5. Business Mileage paid
6. Free Parking provided
7. Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
8. Strong leadership skills
9. Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
10. Strong listing experience and track record.
11. Full UK driving license and access to own car
12. Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
13. Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
14. Passion for property
15. Local area knowledge would be helpful
As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:
16. Conducting Team Morning meetings
17. Attending Valuations
18. Gaining Instructions
19. Overseeing Branch
20. Setting team targets
