Hessle Based (on-site min 2 days per week)
This is not a “keep the lights on” marketing role. This is a build it, scale it, prove it role.
Parkinson Lee are proud to be the retained partners to The Good Travel Collective, a newly unified travel brand within the John Good Group, combining high-performing B2B and B2C travel businesses under one ambitious banner.
They’re now hiring a Marketing Director to turn marketing into a revenue engine.
The brief • Own the marketing strategy, performance & ROI across multiple propositions • Lead and develop a talented team of three, with access to central marketing and specialist agencies • Drive pipeline, ABM, demand generation and brand impact • Sit confidently at senior level and influence real commercial decisions
The challenge:Take multiple distinct travel propositions and shape them into something: • Admired by peers • Impossible to ignore • Actively recommended
You’ll probably be: • A senior marketing leader with serious commercial instinct • Comfortable owning budgets, P&L impact and outcomes (not just activity) • Experienced across B2B
