Our client is a heritage brand with deep cultural roots and a unique product range. With listings in all four major retailers and increasing demand across channels, the business is now poised for scale under new ownership. We are looking for a hands-on, operationally-minded Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth — modernising the factory, building systems, improving margins, and developing a high-performing culture across the business. 🚀



Role & Responsibilities: 📋

Operational Leadership

* Lead all manufacturing and production operations to improve output, quality, and consistency.
* Modernise factory operations and address inefficiencies.

Strategic Growth & Execution

* Build and execute a practical 2–3 year transformation plan for the business.
* Prioritise investment and resources around products and channels with the highest potential.

Commercial Oversight

1. Oversee commercial performance including margins, pricing, and product mix.
