This site needs an Engineering Manager who knows their way around a food factory - not just the kit, but the people too. Someone who can steady the ship, lead the team, and quietly fix the stuff that's been broken for too long. There's a maintenance team in place. Decent crew, but they need a bit more direction and a proper plan. Right now, it's mostly reactive. If you're more about PPM than permanent firefighting, they'll love you. The factory's in the West Midlands - not huge, but not tiny either. Established, family-owned, and not owned by a spreadsheet in Switzerland. You'll report into the Ops Director. He's solid. Wants things done properly, not just patched up.
