Immigration Partner
Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Immigration Partner on a 6 month contract based in East Anglia.
Role Summary
Ensure all visa processes are met to enable Field Engineers to mobilise to projects on time. Manage the number of Valid Visas to meet KPI to support planned and unplanned work. Provide visas on time for Lincoln based Field Service Engineers as determined by known & forecast workload. Maintain close collaboration with Resource Planners to ensure an effective level of support is provided to the business to achieve the required global mobilisations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure visa processes are completed timely for Field Engineers.
* Maintain Valid Visa inventory to meet KPI targets.
* Provide visas for on‑site service engineers based on workload forecasts.
* Collaborate closely with Resource Planners to support global mobilisations.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience using SAP – in-house system.
