The School of Visual, Perfroming Arts and Digital delivers technical learning for 16-19, Adult and Higher Education students in Perfoming and Production Arts, Art & Design, Dance, Digital, Creative Media and Foundation Learning. With provision spanning from Entry Level to Level Six, this vibrant and high perfroming School delivers the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours that are essential in contributing to a range of important and impactful employment sectors. Based on the impending retirement of the current Director of School, we are looking to recruit an exceptional leader who can inspire and support staff and students to thrive in our busy learning environment. With proven experience in achieving educational excellence, the postholder will promote a culture of continous improvement, high aspiration and inclusion, supporting the College in achieving its mission ‘ to inspire, educate and support our diverse community to reach its potential’. As a member of the College Management Team, the postholder will play an integral role in delivering to the College Strategic Plan, whilst having responsibility for Curriculum development, budget management, human and physical resource management, sector engagement and the quality of the student experience.
