We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Revenue Manager who will play a key role in driving hotel performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and distribution management.
The successful candidate will bring:
* a passion for luxury hospitality, and the ability to make data-led decisions within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximise profitability and occupancy
* Analysing market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns
* Managing pricing, inventory, and availability across all distribution channels
* Producing forecasts, budgets, and commercial reporting
* Leading weekly revenue meetings and supporting strategic business decisions
* Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams
* Optimising channel performance while maintaining luxury brand positioning
