We're closely connected to what we do: we’re here to work with our communities and to make a difference.
We’re exploring new ways of working with adults with a learning disability and/or autism, which has allowed us to create exciting new opportunities for our staff, including increased access to post-registration training and our unique Social Work Learning Academy.
We’re proud of the work we do, and when you join our team, you'll be enabling the people we support to live their best lives. This is a hugely diverse social work role where no two days are the same! You’ll open the door to lives of independence, fulfillment, and joy, and your impact will extend across families and Staffordshire communities we serve.
Our current vacancies are located within:

* Undertake assessments, support planning, reviews, and case management for adults with a learning disability and/or autism, ensuring they, their families, and carers are supported to live the lives they want.
