We are a leading provider of property and service charge management based in Anstey and are looking for a Lettings/Service Charge negotiator to join our team.
This role will suit an organized individual to work in our residential lettings team, who enjoys being part of a fast paced environment with the opportunity to use your multi‑tasking ability along with strong organizational and administration skills.
Your duties will be interesting and varied, liaising between clients, customers and contractors and working to sometimes strict deadlines. This is a busy role and the successful applicant must have a clean Driving Licence and Vehicle.
A knowledge of Winman Property Management Software preferred.
Salary depending on age and experience.
