Solicitor

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE to join our growing Dispute Resolution Department in Bournemouth. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team, supported by our established offices in Southampton and Winchester.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct day-to-day management of files and support other members of the Dispute Resolution Department.
* Handle a diverse range of dispute resolution matters for local and regional businesses, as well as various national household brands.
* Work on cases involving debt recovery and insolvency, County Court claims across Fast, Intermediate, and Multi-track, and High Court claims in the Business and Property courts.
* Manage landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, injunctions, and mediation.
* Receive training and support in areas of practice as needed to enhance your professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE, preferably with some exposure to litigation.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Strong ability to prioritise important deadlines and manage time efficiently.
* Robust interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working.
* Familiarity with undertaking legal research.
* Proficient in both spoken and written communication.
