The Role
The Communications and Strategy Executive will:
* Support the delivery of strategic projects aligned with the firm's 2030 vision.
* Assist in the firmwide business planning process, providing guidance and tracking progress.
* Partner up on communications and engagement initiatives with the Head of Communications & Strategy.
* Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic discussions and presentations.
* Compile reports to support business cases and strategic planning.
* Coordinate and prepare for internal events like the Partners' Conference.
The Candidate
The ideal Communications and Strategy Executive will have:
* Relevant business experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* The ability to think laterally and link various workstreams.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationship building.
* Good analytical and reasoning abilities.
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.
