We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in IT who is eager to learn and develop technical skills.
The successful candidate will assist in providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting basic IT issues and helping maintain the organization’s IT systems and equipment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software.
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
* Good understanding of basic networking concepts is desirable.
* Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer service‑oriented mindset.
Monday to Thursday (08:00 until 17:00), Friday (08:00 until 16:00)

Duties
* Provide prompt and effective first‑line technical support to end‑users via phone, email or in person, resolving issues.
* Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues.
* Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers.
* Help manage user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
* Install and update software applications and operating systems.
* Log and track support requests using the IT ticketing system.
* Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
* Assist with routine IT maintenance, updates and system checks.
* Maintain basic documentation for IT procedures and support activities.
