I am currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to work on the repairs team for a social housing provider in the Kettering area. The role is an on-going contract doing reactive maintenance at £23 per hour with a company van and fuel card.
The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for:
* 2nd fix Carpentry such as hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and architraves
* 2nd fix plumbing such as changing toilets, basins and taps
* Finishing skills such as patch plastering and tiling
The right Carpenter Multi Trade will have:
* NVQ or City and Guilds in core trade
* Experience working in council properties
* Clean and valid UK driving license
In return the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:
* £23 per hour (CIS available)
* Long term contract
* Weekly pay
* Company van and fuel card
