We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plasterer to join a local authority’s repairs and maintenance team based in Sheffield. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.
We’re looking for a Plasterer experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. This is a stable, full-time role ideal for someone with social housing or council experience.
Duties Include:
Carrying out internal and external plastering in tenanted and void properties
Skimming, patch repairs, rendering, boarding, and full room replastering
Working independently and professionally in homes across the area
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer care
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £18.00 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £15.45 inclusive of holiday).
You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
You will need:
Proven experience in plastering, ideally within social housing or council work
Your own basic hand tools and PPE
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering
