Customer Support Executive
Ramsgate

The role
We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to manage and develop assigned customer accounts, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. This is a varied position combining account management, order scheduling, problem-solving, and customer relationship building.
Key duties
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Manage account queries and warranties
* Schedule orders and liaise with the Commercial Manager
* Resolve technical issues between workshops and customers
* Provide OTD performance updates
* Maintain gross margins on accounts
* Prepare customer status reports
* Raise work orders and manage documentation
About you
* Strong customer service and account management skills
* Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Engineering/manufacturing industry experience desirable
