ABOUT THE ROLE
Programme Lead – Perinatal Education Initiative
This is a leadership role within an innovative and forward-thinking organisation. You will oversee the design, structure, and delivery of a comprehensive perinatal educator training programme, working alongside a team of expert midwives, psychologists, and early years professionals.
You’ll contribute to shaping the curriculum, ensuring it is evidence-based, inclusive, and practically grounded. You’ll also advise on the best pedagogical approaches—blending in-person teaching, online content, and hands-on training.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Qualified Midwife, Maternity Nurse, Health Visitor, or related professional
* Demonstrated leadership experience in perinatal education or maternity services
* Strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and learner engagement
* Passionate about supporting parents and improving perinatal outcomes
* Experience in designing or delivering training programmes is highly desirable
