Senior Planner The Senior Planner provides strategic leadership in the development, management, and control of complex construction project programmes. The role ensures effective sequencing, resource optimisation, and adherence to contractual and procedural requirements, while supporting successful project delivery through advanced planning techniques and professional judgement. The Senior Planner also plays a key role in mentoring and developing less experienced planners, contributing to continuous improvement within the planning function. Key Responsibilities Programme Development & Control Develop, manage, and maintain complex construction programmes at tender and contract stages. Identify planning scope, key constraints, contractual requirements, and factors impacting programme delivery. Establish and manage programme baselines, critical paths, and change control processes. Analyse programme performance and advise project teams on risks, impacts, and corrective actions.Tender & Contract Planning Lead the development of robust and optimised tender programmes, methodologies, and sequencing strategies. Produce high-quality planning deliverables including programmes, planning narratives, presentations, and reports.
