At FIFTH Movement, we are on a mission to build healthier, happier communities by helping children to develop a lifelong love for movement, sport, and wellbeing.
We work in partnership with primary schools to deliver high-quality Physical Education, extra-curricular clubs, and holiday programmes that make a genuine impact.
We are a growing business with high standards, clear values, and a strong vision. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of that journey.
We are seeking a PE & Sport Educator to deliver outstanding Physical Education provision across our partner primary schools.
This is a full-time, all-year-round role that includes delivery during term time and our holiday camp programmes.
We're not looking for someone to show up, deliver a session, and go home. We want a coach who takes ownership, someone who becomes part of the school, builds real relationships, and genuinely cares about getting children and young people to love movement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering curriculum PE for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 — Multi-sports, Dance and Gymnastics
* Running before and after-school clubs that children actually want to attend
* Leading our Active Camps programmes during school holidays
* Building genuine relationships with school staff, you're not a visitor, you're part of the school
* Adapting lesson plans in the moment, you'll have the structure, but we need you to make it your own and meet children where they're at
* Completing half-termly assessments to track children's progress accurately
* Reflecting after every session, what landed, what didn't, and what you'll do differently
* Keeping your line manager and the wider team informed, nothing falls through the cracks
Who We're Looking For
The technical skills matter, but they're not enough on their own. We want someone who takes accountability seriously, doesn't need to be chased, communicates proactively, and has genuine intuition in the room with children. If you're looking for a role where you clock in and clock out, this isn't it.
* Accountable, you own your sessions, your relationships, and your admin
* Adaptable, lesson plans are a starting point, not a script
* A communicator, with children, with teachers, and with the internal team
* Reflective, you think critically about your practice and actively improve it
* Driven by the work, a real belief that physical literacy matters for children
* Professional, you'll represent FIFTH in our partner schools every single day
Required
* PE or Sports Coaching degree
* Level 2 NGB Coaching Qualification (minimum)
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Desirable
* PESS Level 5
* Paediatric First Aid certificate
* Safeguarding training
What you'll get
* CPD opportunities to develop your practice and your career
* Real scope to grow within a developing business, we promote from within
* A team that takes its work seriously and supports each other
We're building something long-term.
We're not looking for someone who just wants hours, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it and is willing to take responsibility for the role they're in.
If that sounds like you, we welcome you to apply.
