Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6-11 (£25,989- £28,142) Pro Rata

Hours: Flexible, Part-Time 12 Hours per Week (Split shifts over 2 days)

Start Date: ASAP

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for maintaining safe and welcoming environments? Radyr Primary School is seeking a Part-Time Estates Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our school grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

●Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment.

●Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

●Managing site security, cleaning, and minor repairs.

●Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

●Supporting the school’s operational needs, including events and emergencies.

What We’re Looking For:

●Previous experience in estates or facilities management (preferred).

●Strong organizational and time-management skills.

●Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance around the site

●Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

●A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work flexibly.

●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
