**Retail Roles – New Store Opening
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cannock (18-Month FTC)**
We are opening a brand-new store at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cannock and are building a customer-focused team on 18-month fixed-term contracts.
We’re hiring:
* Supervisor – Full Time (40h)
* Keyholder – Full Time (40h)
* Sales Associates – 32h, 24h, or 16h
About the Store
We’re looking for positive, service-driven individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, can deliver great customer experiences, and take pride in maintaining high store standards.
Supervisor (40h – 18-Month FTC)
As Supervisor, you will lead by example on the shop floor, support the management team, and help drive the store’s performance.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
* Support training and development to build a confident, informed team
* Motivate colleagues and help drive store sales and KPIs
* Assist with daily operations, visual merchandising, and stock management
* Support opening/closing routines and step up in the Manager’s absence
* Maintain compliance with security, H&S, and loss prevention procedures
Ideal experience:
* Retail background (premium retail an advantage)
* Supervisory or team-leading experience
* Strong customer service and commercial awareness
Keyholder (40h – 18-Month FTC)
As Keyholder, you will play a key support role in daily operations and store security.
Key responsibilities:
* Open and close the store following all security procedures
* Deliver excellent customer service and support team selling
* Assist with cash handling, delivery processing, and stockroom standards
* Maintain visual and operational standards throughout the store
* Support training of new colleagues and participate in stock counts
Ideal experience:
* Previous retail experience
* Responsible, reliable, and confident taking initiative
Sales Associates (32h / 24h / 16h – 18-Month FTC)
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver great customer service and build rapport
* Support customers with product knowledge and aftersales care
* Maintain strong visual merchandising and stock standards
* Assist with stockroom tasks, deliveries, and store routines
* Help achieve store sales targets
Ideal experience:
* Customer-facing experience (retail preferred)
* Confident, friendly, and willing to learn
