We're working with a well-regarded, family friendly firm in Knaresborough seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The firm has a strong reputation built on long standing relationships with local clients, offering a fantastic opportunity to manage a mixed residential caseload, including sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years PQE, with experience handling a variety of residential property transactions. You'll be confident managing your own caseload, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion. The role offers autonomy, while also providing support from a collaborative team.
Strong client-facing skills are essential, as the firm places great emphasis on providing tailored, high-quality advice to their loyal clients. They value building long term relationships and providing a service that goes beyond legal advice, offering guidance that is tailored to each client's specific needs.
