About the Role
Our client, a well-regarded education provider based in Medway, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Examinations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the examinations process. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth planning, administration, and delivery of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full examinations cycle, including entries, timetabling, invigilation, and results
* Act as the main point of contact for awarding bodies and external agencies
* Ensure compliance with JCQ, always awarding body and regulatory requirements
* Line manages and train examinations and invigilation staff
* Oversee access arrangements, special considerations, and exam concessions
* Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures
* Manage exam-day logistics and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Support senior leaders with reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement
