Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports for management review.
4. Preparation of Management Accounts
5. Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
6. Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
7. Reconcile accounts and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
8. Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
9. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
10. Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
11. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
12. Studying towards a recognised qualification in accountancy and finance such as ACCA or CIMA
13. Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
