We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets whilst providing unparalleled service.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire team members through effective communication and setting clear expectations. Show continuous support throughout their career progression, thereby building a motivated and high-performing team.
2. Collaborate with Senior Management to strategize, implement, and track effective operational processes within the store to drive sales and exceed KPI targets.
3. Oversee the store's daily floor operations. Continuously adapt staffing levels, placement, and skills to meet daily targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
1. Support the store management team in achieving the highest customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
2. Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
3. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion Rate, Units Sold, and more.
4. Assist in optimizing the store's financial performance by managing costs, including audit compliance and wages.
5. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to adapt management styles to meet different team members' needs.
2. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
3. A strategic mindset with experience in developing and tracking business processes to increase store success.
