Your new role
I'm looking for a Facilitiespliance Coordinator to help ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services to customers.
You'll be responsible for administering and coordinating all activity related to Hard FMpliance, purchase order administration, customer billable work, and the jeopardy management of non-connected supplier work activity. You'll work closely with our national delivery team to ensure thatpliance data and related evidence meet quality standards.
Your role will be critical in monitoring, identifying, and reporting deviations from required performance SLAs and quality standards against all reporting attributes, providing opportunities for early support and redirection. You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring all administrative processes and continuous improvement initiatives are adhered to, supporting collaboration to resolve constraints and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
In addition, you'll support delivery colleagues and inform them of process, quality, and performance shortfalls to maintain an administrative regime that ensures thepany achieve acceptable levels of performance in hard FMpliance. You'll also ensure all evidence and documents are obtained timely, securely retained, and made available upon request to customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Hard FM team
- Accurately co-ordinatepliance data to ensure a consistent approach topliance management
- Identify deviations from agreed contractor KPI's and SLA's
- Provide administration of customer billable works
- Support improvement of Hard FMpliance processes
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for the delivery team
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in property with CAFM systems
- Experience using and understanding BMS systems
- Previous experience implementing change in administrative procedures
- Knowledge of Hard FM in large organisation
- Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
- Strong IT skills
