GSL Education are working with schools in Rotherham (S65, S66) to appoint a dedicated Drama Teacher who can nurture confidence, communication, and imagination in the classroom. In this role, the Drama Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop performance skills, teamwork, and creative thinking. You will create a supportive environment where pupils feel confident to explore ideas and express themselves. Responsibilities: Deliver well-structured drama lessons aligned with the curriculum. Encourage creativity, collaboration, and confident participation. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider learning goals. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Drama Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
