Overview
Night Warehouse Operative role at Watts Farms (Sales) Ltd. Based at our site in Aylesford. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Base pay and schedule
Salary: £31,158.32 per annum, plus a pick rate performance bonus. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota between 17:00 and 03:00, averaging 48 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
* Picking customer orders in a chilled environment
* General warehouse housekeeping
* Stock replenishment
* Quality checking to ensure the produce sent to customers is of the best quality
* Adopting a clean as you go policy within the Warehouse
* Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the Warehouse
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage
* Previous picking experience is an advantage
* Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required
* Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions
