* Support the Nursery Manager in the overall leadership and smooth running of the nursery.

* Ensure the Montessori philosophy and EYFS standards are embedded throughout daily practice.
* Manage daily operations, staffing, and ratios when the Nursery Manager is absent.
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and external partners.
* Contribute to staff development through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
