Job Title: Events Executive
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: up to £28,000pa
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Events Executive to join our clients dynamic team in Wimbledon. You will be responsible for delivering your own portfolio of events while supporting the wider team across multiple projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for events and exhibitions, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end event management in line with project schedules and deadlines
Liaise with venues, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
Design and update floor plans, aligning them with sales and technical layouts
Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control
Coordinate all event logistics including show guides, staffing, and contractor orders
Maintain and update exhibitor information using the Ffair platform
Oversee outsourced services such as temporary staff, security, and traffic marshals
Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate event and client information
Attend and contribute to regular project team meetings
Provide cross-departmental support, including publishing and marketing tasks as neededCandidate Requirements
Essential:
Proven experience in delivering events or exhibitions
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
Confident in liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independentlyDesirable:
Degree educated (preferred but not essential)
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems
Familiarity with Ffair (exhibitor guide platform) and InDesign (training provided)What We Offer
