Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: At least 5 years experience in enterprise-level infrastructure support Strong knowledge of Azure and VMware Excellent understanding and experience managing Active Directory Experience in SAN and storage management Understanding of disaster recovery, high availability and business continuity planning Responsibilities: Support, maintain and improve multi-site IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments Manage and optimise Windows Servers, Azure services, VMware platforms and storage systems Respond to incidents and escalations to minimise downtime and business disruption Ensure systems are secure, patched and operating efficiently Maintain documentation and manage support tickets in line with service standards Technologies: Active Directory Azure Cloud Support VMware Windows More: We are a well-established organisation specialising in secure data and information management services, located in Manchester.
